I have been using the Horus wands described by Valery Uvarov as a means to balance the energy in my body and increase blood circulation. I suffer from a cardio vascular defect. The wands consist of two metal cylinders, one made of brass and the other zinc, and both filled with quartz. When held in the hands it makes a small elecrical current between the left side of the body and the right side. I use them at night when sleeping, but Valery thinks they are more powerful if used outside in the open air. Evidence shows that the wands were made in the past with ancient Egyptian technology, so they are at least 3,000 years old, maybe more. I find the wands are very powerful and can often only use them for a few hours of treatment, to held thin the blood in my body.
